The focus is on identifying cost reduction opportunities, implementation and increasing energy efficiency.

CMR occupies modern offices within a business park in Redditch, Worcestershire, England with consultants in Scotland, Lancashire, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Company History

CMR was established in 1996 by Dr Cedric Rodrigues and 2006 marks 10-years' of business growth and success.

Initially, the business was centred on Dr Rodrigues’ energy and water consultancy expertise gained from 20 years’ experience with GEC plc - the multinational engineering and electronics company.

From this sound platform, CMR has developed and extended its capability into energy consulting and procurement, renewable energy, telecoms and utilities bureau management services, water, smart metering solutions and online internet based utilities management services.
